Sandy Creek carousel is owned and operated by David and Vicki Price. David does the woodwork while Vicki focuses on the paint.
In addition to working on their own Allan Herschell carousel, Vicki and David have done restoration work on the Centennial Carousel (Elk City, OK), Kiddie Park carousel (Bartlesville, OK), a privately owned Bert Lane trailer kiddie carousel, and many individual carousel figures.
